Hi all,
I would like to add a column SLA, so the customer can sort on Queue and SLA.
To make the Queue visible is an option in the settings, but is there a way to make SLA visible?
The information is visible in the agent panel.
I've tried to add SLA with value 1 in the follwing setting.
Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketOverview###DynamicField
But that was not visible.

I've got the same problem, trying add MasterSlave status as dynamic field to CustomerTicketOverview grid.
Adding MasterSlave key with value 1 to Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketOverview###DynamicField config option doesn't work at all.
Any solution?
