False Pending reminder email notifications

Hi!

I need help with a weird problem.
A while ago we received an email with an attachment too big for OTRS to process and it began to send pending reminder email notifications to all agents from random tickets (which were pending but have benn are closed for a long time).

When I removed that big email from the inbox it stopped spamming, but it keeps on sending those emails every day in the morning.

I tried:
Closing again the ticket
Setting the reminder again and closing it
Setting the reminder again, letting it trigger and then closing

What could have happened? Where is the daemon reading the info to keep sending the emails?

do you have a test system running? Check the logfiles of your OTRS server and the history. If the reminder is not showing up there, check again for test system

This is so embarrassing...

I just run

/opt/otrs/bin/Cron.sh stop 

as the otrs user, I'll have to wait until tomorrow to see if it worked.
