Mail messages redirection to queue, OTRS 5, Office 365 mailbox

Hello experiencing problem with mail messages redirection to specific queue.
Configuration:
OTRS 5.0.16 KIX4OTRS
configured mail box IMAPS with dispatch by email TO
system addresses configured linking email to aliases to queues
Office365 mailbox, with aliases by queue (main mail box address hd@company.com and aliases it.hd@comapny.com. for IT queue, inf.hd@company.com. for infrastructure queue).
As I understand messages should be moved to queues set in system adresses configuration, but they all goes to default hd@company.com configured queue or if if it disabled at system addresses goes to default queue set in sysconfig. Looks like when OTRS on fetching emails dont get alias it was sent TO. I have checked it in office online and i see TO:it.hd@company.com, but in outlook contact looks like hd@comapny.com.
Any suggestions there i made mistake ? Or it cant work this way ?
