CC'd users tickets
Is it possible to show tickets that a user is CC'd on in the customer frontend? For instance,if User A submits a ticket and CC's their manager (User B), can User B log in to the customer frontend and see that ticket as well as reply to it from the portal?

As long as User B has the same customer id - yes.
