Hi,

Our setup is OTRS 5 on Suse with mysql database.

The system has been running fine for nearly a year now. But since friday the software is not working fine. The dash board opens fine, we can click on queue view and go to the page listing the queues at the top but when we click on the queue name to open the details of the queue it just keeps on saying connecting and does not open the view.

The queues with few tickets are opening but the Main queue having about 800 odd tickets is not opening. So is another agent queue with about 100 tickets.

Also the autofetch of the emails has stopped. Manual fetch is working.

I have already updated the system to the latest version from 5.0.02 to 5.0.17.

Resolved: It seems someone sent in a bulk span email with 1225 addresses in the "to" field and the person spammed the server with about 300 odd emails!! Deleted all the tickets and all working fine now!

Need help on this!!
