Hi!
Good day to everyone!
I would like to ask, if in updating ticket does it also need the user and password of the user who created the ticket?
Thank you!

No, you don't need the credentials of the user who created the ticket. You need an account with proper permission for the ticket and action (update = rw)
Znuny and Znuny LTS running on CentOS / RHEL / Debian / SLES / MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle / OpenLDAP / Active Directory / SSO
Use a test system - always.

Hi root!
Thanks roor! I would like to ask, after getting the list of the ticket for JSON tags, do I need to install also the wadl?
https://github.com/OTRS/otrs/tree/maste ... ebservices in here? I just imported only the yml of REST.
what is the significance of wadl?
