Hi everyone,
we've recently updated our OTRS installation from 5.0.14 to 5.0.17 (both with ITSM module).
Now every user that has read-write premissions to ConfigItems can delete those.
Is there a way to hide that "delete" button from ConfigItemZoom?
I had a look in sysconfig under "Frontend::Agent::ITSMConfigItem::MenuModule" and wanted to disable "ITSMConfigItem::Frontend::MenuModule###700-ConfigItemDelete" but that option is greyed out.
Any other way to disable that?
Thx
Mario

Did you try ACLs ?
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS

No i did not check on ACLs.
Since we don't use them right know I don't have a clue on how to use them correct. I'll check the documentation by time and see if that can solve the "problem".
For now I found a "quick and dirty" way.
Just removed the contect of key "Name" from "ITSMConfigItem::Frontend::MenuModule###700-ConfigItemDelete" in sysconfig.
That removes the visible link and only leaves a tiny space that can be clicked.
For users that click on that link I also removed "Action" keys content from "ITSMConfigItem::Frontend::MenuModule###700-ConfigItemDelete" in sysconfig.
This will give the user an error popup when clicking.
I know that this is bad but I needed it quick *shame on me*
If there are any other suggestions ... let me know
