Hi all,
How can I push otrs webservices tickets to other machine. ? I need to push the tickets from the otrs machine_1 to machine_2. What settings does it need? I ahve changed the "remote system " ip address to other machine , in the general section of the WebServices . But I was not able to see. I guess, there might be some work / settings for this. Documentation is not very clear on this. Could some one please suggest me the way.

Don't know if I understood your question...
I think you need to install another OTRS instance in another machine (but same database), and point all your consumers to it.
Although I've never done such a thing.

Is not possible some thing like this, I want to have instalaltion on only machine and push the otrs tickets to other machine(not the one which has otrs instalaltion. ). I dont want any otrs instalaltion on other machine.
MAchine_1 will be having otrs instalaltion and database sql. I want push tickets to other machines from this otrs installation of machine_1. I have changed the "remote system" address in the general section of the Webservices and also in Invoker. But I failed to see the tickets on machine_2 from machine1.

this requires an OTRS Business Solution™ or some development skills to develop your own invoker

Re: Push otrs webservice tickets to other machine
Hi jojo,
Also, I will check the invoker examples. Seems Otrs has poor documentation for developing the Invoker.
thanks ,.
But as per documentation, "Remote system" IP address is the address where to push the ticket. They did not mention any thing like that this feature is available only in Business Solution, not in the Free version.this requires an OTRS Business Solution™ or some development skills to develop your own invoker

You will find everything in the very good documented API description and developer manual. Development is mit configuration an requires skills in PERL
