ACL to filter costumer services based on chosen type

Hey guys

Here's my scenario, I have a few Types on the system (Incident, Service Request, Change Request,...) that I already linked to my Services with ServiceTicketType Addon. But what I need is a kind of real time filter to show to the costumer only the Services related to the Type that was selected on ticket creation.
ie.: Type -> Incident
(visible) Services -> Hardware failure
-> OS Failure
-> Internet Failure
OR

Type -> Service Request
Services -> Mail configuration
-> Server feature configuration

I believe the only way to do it is using ACL, but how can I build this kind of ACL?
