CustomerID not populate - OTRS 5.0.16

Hi to all

I installed a OTRS 5.0.16 in Centos 7 with MySQL 5.7.17 all works fine with exception that Customer ID column not populate in the database when mail is recieved and ticket is created.

i dont have any error or warning in logs of MySQL or OTRS, and my system it's updated

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi, same problem here. Had 5.0.14 before and everything worked fine but now that we've updated CustomerID is left blank for all receiving email tickets.

Smells like a bug or is this some strange security feature?
