Hello,
I'm useing otrs 5s for a couple of days ( before tahtotrs 3.2.9 ), and i have a litlle problem with queue view. There are two options to choose the view of the tickets : availble ticket and all tickets . Default view is set to availble ticket and i want to change it to all tickets - is it possible ? I have to admit that i have searched many treads from your forum, and haven't found solution yet...

Hey there,
you can do so. Navigate to Admin -> SysConfig -> Ticket -> Ticket → Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration
There, find the entry for AgentTicketQueue and add to the link ";Filter=All"
