Echo the Accounted time in an email

Post by apolloit »

Hello all,

I was hoping to use the accounted time field (if it exists?) in an email.

I have tried <OTRS_TICKET_AccountedTime> and it doesnt return anything...

All my searching has amounted to little on this - so wondered what my options were?

Many thanks indeed.

I think that not possible:
- There were many requests to include the accounted time in the overview, but that value is not saved to a ticket but calculated over all articles of a ticket.

For the same reason you cannot simply use it in a template without modifying the code.

Thank you for that :(

Howabout the closing notes on a ticket - is there any way we can incorporate that in an email field?? :)

Well you could always write your own module for that, or request development. I doubt you can do it out-of-the-box.
