Hi All...
I'm trying to figure out how to close all tickets in a single queue. I have a queue with about 5,000 tickets and need to close them all with no further action. I see in the admin screen I can run SQL queries. I am using OTRS version 3.1.11.
Note to moderator: I posted similar message last week but the moderator failed to approve it, with a note that I had posted in the wrong place. I'm not sure where the correct place is so if you could please move this or just tell me where to report I would appreciate it. Thank you.
