Set value depending on Ticket Subject

Is there a guide/HowTo/FAQ anywhere showing how to set a field value depending on the Subject line,
i.e. "If subject matches a text-filter at TicketCreate - set another field to a certain value".
It's probably pretty easy, but right now I'm stuck...
