Hi All.
I am very new to OTRS and just started at a company that is currently running the OTRS Free version 5.
Basically they have setup this application to pull all emails from a mailbox and auto create tickets.
I have manafged to setup a postmaster filter to assign a ticket to a specific queue based on the sender email details...
However the Company Name field is blank -
How can I get this CompanyName field to auto complete based on the sensder email domain...
e.g. all emails from *@mycompany.com will have the ticket update the Companyname field to changed to a compant name I specify.
Reason for this is we support a few different clients and want the Company name to be auto populated depending on where they from....
Thanks for any assistance.....
