" and the closing ">" is indeed missing in the error message but it's not clear what's generating that format after reviewing info in the user's open tickets. OTRS is still sending & receiving mail with the user and nothing is hanging in the mailbox otrs fetches from. I don't recall this error prior to recent update from 3.0 to 5.0 which may or may not be related. Thanks for any pointers
info in CAPS has been made generic but the format is retained -
