Suddenly we have a problem with our OTRS that I cannot find. When logged into the agent portion of OTRS, I click the "Reply to All" so I can give a response to the customer. I then type my response in, etc and when I click "Submit" at the bottom, it has a pop-up that states: "One or more errors occurred!". I click OK and it wants me to remove and change the To: and CC: fields with the error in red under each: "Please remove this entry and enter a new one with the correct value."
No matter what I do removing the address and entering it in each one, it still errors out.
One or more errors occurred!

In my case, these emails doesn't have a domain name or disable a domain name.

Seems to me, DNS or MX configured wrong. Changed Mailserver?
