Sometimes error IMAPS: Auth for user x@outlook.office365.com failed!

Hello,

OTRS 5.0.12 and earlier. Including OTRS4. I have 8-10 times a day error message:

Everything works, login, password because every few minutes OTRS fetches mail. Just want to fix these occasional errors.
How to debug this mail fetch in command line so I could see how this errors happens.
I have done command line imaps mail stress test and it passed. So something is problematic in OTRS. I would like to make stress test script using OTRS mail fetch with logging to see where problem is. Can you show me OTRS commands I could use to make such script?

I figured I'd go ahead and bump this thread. I'm having this happen frequently. I'm running OTRS version 5.0.19 currently.
