Hello
I created 4 tasks in the generic agent , and these tasks run when a ticket is created or when a queue is updated.
I want to know if it's possible to choose the execution order of this 4 tasks ?

You could have part of your GA execution change a Dynamic Field which is a requisite for a subsequent step.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

The generic agents are executed in alphabetical order. So name your generic agents carefully
