Unexisting table: otrs.time_accounting_user_period

Hello


I've created a GenericAgent Job through the web interface, that adds a note to the tickets when the solution time goes beyond what's defined by the SLA for a given Service.
The selected Event was - EscalationSolutionTimeStart.

No note was added. I've checked the SysLog and it's full of the following entry: Table 'otrs.time_accounting_user_period' doesn't exist, SQL: '

I have ITSM installed, so I can't understand why this issue.
Can anyone indicate me a possible direction to solve this issue?

That's a table that comes from the addon TimeAccounting. You should check if the installation of that addon is ok...

We don't have that addon installed. I thought that (TimeAccounting) was a core feature of ITSM or even base OTRS, because the table otrs.time_accounting exists on our DB. Perhaps it was installed with other addons (?)

It accumulates the agent-entered time spent per article of a given ticket.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
