I am using OTRS 3.3.12. and I created a queue and gave permission to some agents, but now I am facing the issue is when I search the tickets for that queue, I can find all the tickets. But when I go to Queue view, that queue is not visible there while all other queues are visible there. I also want to provide the information that roles for the agents have been assigned through LDAP. Could you please help me with it?
