Hello,
I have several items stored in CMDB. But when any item is updated (using import o manually from the GUI), the new version item suddenly contains all fields empty but the mandatory ones (Name, Deployment State, Incident). I'm using OTRS:ITSM 5.0.8.
Does anybody know if it can be a bug?
