Problem URL browser

I have a problem, when I go to the browser and I want to access to OTRS, if I put only my IP address (eg http://192.168.1.20), my browser downloads a file like this:

If I put my address followed by "/otrs" I access to the portal otrs (http://192.168.1.20/otrs/)

Is it possible to solve this problem?
