I need to set the owner of all reopened ticket to the agent who owned it last time when the ticket was in open state. Unfortunately this is usualy not the current or even last owner of that ticket. I also need some other fields on these tickets.
How can i achieve this? At first i think I should use Generic agent, which runs a custom module.
However I do not find any introduction how to write my first module. Can someone give me a hint?
