Hi Experts,
I am unable to have Rich Text in OTRS reply.
Say when i am creating a email ticket or reply any emails from OTRS, My response are getting created as Plain text.
I cannot have tables or anythins in resonse view, because no rich text. even if i edit source and insert it go invissible and become plain text.
Please help me , how to have rich text in reply ??
I know OTRS support rich text in response and email ticket. ..!
What is the config.!
