activity process ticket

Hello the forum,

Considering a process ticket in a workflow

My need is to give the right :

- somes users to be able to access the activity dialog so that the ticket could go ahead in the workflow (for example validate a step in the workflow)
- somes users to be able only to read the process ticket but not to have access to the workflow dialogbox.

How to do that ?
