Hi
I have configurated MasterSlave with the ForwardSlaves feature (forward articles of a master ticket to the customers of the slave tickets).
The only issue: the format of the forwarded articles is lost. The original article in master ticket is HTML, but the forwarded articles are only plain text.
Is there a way to forward the articles in HTML?

I had the same question and found this request without answer, so i push it now to the top.
Beside the lost HTML format, we also noticed, that the salutation is not updated for each customer.
If i answer in my master-ticket with "dear xyz" the same name is used.
I can expect this might be difficult to solve, but it could be a nice improvement.
Today we will solve this with a non-personal salutation.
