SOLVED : 'Created by' option in statistics (Report)

Hi Team,

I am looking to have the 'Created by' column (X-axis) in my report (Statistics). However, I am unable to find that option in any of the steps (2 or 3), while generating the report. Basically, when I generate a report, I want to know who (Agent) created the ticket.

I am generating the following reports:

Stat# 10009 --> List of tickets closed between dates
Stat# 10068 --> List of tickets created between dates

I go to Admin --> Statistics --> Select the relevant stat and click on edit.
I do not see the option 'Created by' under the section "Attributes to be printed" in Step 2 nor in Step 3 (under the section "Order by").

Please advice.

Agent statistics need to be enabled in SysConfig.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
Please edit your signature to include your OTRS version, Operating System, and database type.

Thanks Crythias!

I tried looking the agent statistics option under SysConfig, however could not find it.

I checked in (a). Core::Stats (under the group 'Framework') (b). Core::Stats (under the group 'Ticket'), however could not find the relevant option to enable per your advice. Am I missing something?

Could you please assist in providing the correct path in SysConfig?

Dear Crythias,

Also, I tried checking (c). Frontend::Agent::Stats, I see there is one option which is already enabled (as show in the screens hot).
Is that what you were referring? or Am I missing something somewhere?

It is, but if it didn't do what you wanted, you'd be asking a different question.

Hi Crythias / Team,

Thanks for your time so far!

All I want is to pull a report which includes the ticket 'created by' (Agent) column. This is to measure the workload and individual productivity. Right now, in my reports (stats item # mentioned earlier), this column is not available.
Is it possible to have this column in the existing report? Or is there a separate report that speaks about individual agent stats?

Also, when you say, "Agent statistics need to be enabled in SysConfig", where can I enable this? Am I missing something?
Can you please advice?

The mentioned setting was already explained, and allows to create reports on owners. The report you actually want to create needs an SQL query
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
