When you reply to a ticket a new popup window opens.
Is there a setting to change the size of that window?
OTRS window when replying change size

Re: OTRS window when replying change size
Ah, found it myself!
I knew I had seen it before.
In SysConfig there are two settings
1. Frontend::RichTextWidth
Default value: 620
Defines the width for the rich text editor component. Enter number (pixels) or percent value (relative).
2. Frontend::RichTextHeight
Default value: 320
Defines the height for the rich text editor component. Enter number (pixels) or percent value (relative).
I changed the first to 800 and this solved my problem. It does not change the size of the window rather the size of the text editor but that's Ok for now.
What would be really helpful is if this window could be opened maximized by default and the [Send mail] button would be visible without having to scroll down.

Re: OTRS window when replying change size
even if this is an old topic I would like to add the following
search for several "RichTextWidth" in the SysConfig
and set them to "98%" instead of a fixed value
this will resize the RichTextWidth according to the window width
(the same behavior as mostly all text-fields show)
Best regards
Markus
