Queue Settings > Queues
For the Misc queue I have set the "Escalation - first response time (minutes)" to 1200 (20 hours).
However, the response time seems to be a bit off, for example in Ticket#5000905 :
Age: 9 m
Created: 09/04/2015 12:30
State: new
Locked: unlock
Priority: 3 normal
Queue: Misc
First Response 97 h 51 m
Time: 13/04/2015 14:30
CustomerID: *******@gmail.com
Accounted time: 0
Owner: Admin OTRS
---> Any idea why that is set to 100 hours? (97h51m in my example because the ticket was created 9 minutes ago).
