Customer portal Zoom ticket

I have an issue with OTRS 4 , now upgraded to 4.0.5.

When accessing a ticket using customer portal I get server error 500.

Any ideas?

As far as I can tell the upgrade from 3 to 4 went ok. This happens some time ago now.
