Process Ticket and first action

Hello all,

Is there a way to start a process with som action before the first activity ?

My case :

I use service field in the first activity dialog
But this field is empty (I don't understand why)
Is there any way to fill it with a list of choosen services ?

and generally to start a process with some field action before
