Is there any way to delete the first activity during the design of a process.
Because after having link a first activity to the start of process when I try to delete it (because I want to change it for example) I got a refused message because the activy is in use !?
but ... how to !!!!!????

First add the new "StartActivity" to the canvas.
Then drag and drop the line from the starting point to your new Activity.
Remove the old one from the canvas and you should be good to delete it.

you could only replace the first activity but no delete .
