Is there any solution to manage attachement file using process ticket ?

propose add an attchement for agent and customer on creation form ?
lab : otrs 5rc1 test : otrs 3.3.15 prod : cluster 3.3.15

OTRS has a Feature Add-On for this request.
It's named OTRSDynamicFieldAttachment
My english is better than your german :P
