Since we´d updated to the version 3.3.5 the agents are receiving email notifications (about 3 hundred every day) with the topic Escalation. I was revising the configuration and the agents has not activate any option of notification. The other strange question is that each email came three times. I was looking the log system and that is what I found:
Notice OTRS-otrs.GenericAgent.pl-10 Use module (Kernel::System::GenericAgent::NotifyAgentGroupOfCustomQueue) for Ticket
There are many of them during the day. I dont know where the problem is, for that I am asking for your help.
