Hello,
After adding each services manually (which took me 2 days...) I am confronted with an other issue. My catalogue is composed like this :
General Service
Service (category)
Sub Service
Specification of the service
(for Exemple : Generic::Document Management::Document Creation::PDF)
When I create a ticket, only the 2 first (like Generic, Document Management) appear in the list where the user selects the concerned service. Where can I change this configuration so I have the 4 categories ?

HM123, please, open a new issue, not reopen an old one. And explain better which is the problem concrete you have.
