Upgrade 3.28->3.35 Perl errors
Hello, I am running v3.2.8 on a Windows 2008 R2 server. I am trying to upgrade to v3.3.5 by clicking on the windows installer. About 3/4 of the way through the install file, I get a PERL error "Perl.exe has stopped working" If I cancel, it continues copying and then get another Perl error. It happens several more times and then the install ends. But Apache will not start. Can someone please assist.

OTRS 3.3.9 on CentOS 6.5 with MySQL database.
