I added a job to the generic agent, and scheduled it to run itself at 10 minutes every hour. last few day generic job not working( previously working fine) .When I click on run now it works. there is no logs.
how to resolving generic agent jobs ?
we are run scripts
otrs.GenericAgent.pl -c db
otrs.DeleteCache.pl
but still issue?

there is no logs, we have run cron jobs hour ago manually. actually time interval select 10 min. this happen frequent . once restart service working fine . after few day same issue happening.
