Hi.
I have problem with configuration of Event based notification. I'm trying to configure email notification based on Ticket Dynamic Field update. I'm setting everything in notification manager. I choose Event - TicketDynamicFieldUpdate_MyField and set sending email, but after update this dynamic field no notification is sent. Is there some additional option I need to configure to make TicketDynamicFieldUpdate_MyField event working?

Re: TicketDynamicFieldUpdate notification
Hi Crythias,
I've got the same issue.
I'm using the generic agent to update dynamic field with the value 'yes' (fieldname: XYZ) when dynamicfield = 'no' AND queue = '2nd level'
The configuration of the notification is:
--
Event: TicketDynamicFieldUpdate_XYZ
State: 2nd level
XYZ: yes
send to: customer user
notification: active
--
When I set the value of XYZ manually I'll get the notification, but when the GenericAgent set the value autom. no notification will be sent.
Any idea?
