Hi all,
We're investigating to use OTRS at a company that servicis parkinglots and equipment. A company (customer_company) has some managers (customer_users) who are responsible for one ore more lots with each a unique code.
ex.
company A has manager A1 who is responsible for parking Aa and Ab
When I log a ticket for A1 I have to be able to select Aa or Ab
Any suggestions in which direction I have to think are very welcome.
