I try to configure office 365 account to send emails
(Sendmail module: smtptls)
but not work

How I configure sendmail module to work with office 365 account?

when I put wrong password or username i see autentication error in otrs log, when password is ok log is clear

if OTRS can deliver it to office365 without any error you need to ask the office365 admins

otrs log is clear but i found this in the apache log:

[error] Couldn't send mail: 550 5.7.1 Client does not have permissions to send as this sender\n at C:/PROGRA~2/OTRS/OTRS//Kernel/System/Email/SMTPTLS.pm line 172\n

550 5.7.1 suggest to authentication problem but i'm sure is ok.

I tested TLS connection on this account with outlook and everything is ok

This isn't authentication. This is exactly what it says and means what it says. The email address being used to send does not have permission to be used as a From address for the user who is currently properly authenticated for SMTP.

Or, in "English", the error message.

What to do? Don't Do That, for instance. Use another SMTP provider that allows this. or do some iterations with Send As permissions on distribution lists (but only in domains that Office 365 manages).

I had the same issue when i setup Office365 with OTRS , the SMTP server has only one email address that is authenticated. Use that email address to send email notifications, else go for an additional SMTP server and set the email address u prefer to use to send emails from OTRS
