Hi there,
If an e-mail is fetched without a subject, I would like it te be filled with the text "No Subject" or something similar. Anyone an idea how to achieve this?

I don't think it's that easy ... your message handler might be able to do that.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
