Article 'create_by' Shown to Agent

Hello,

I know this has to be possible, but the perl expertise is beyond my reach.

What I am looking for is for a ticket article (agent side) to not only show "From", "To" and "Subject" in the header of the article but also "Created By". This would of course have to be translated from the number of the agent(/customer?) to the readable name of the creator.

Now just finding out how...


(I tried to search for any other cases like this but I could not find anything.)
