Reply does not load e-mail "to" automatic

When I reply tickets, option "to" does not load the automatic e-mail of who created ticket, so I have to put it manually ... Anyone know how to put it automatic

Is it happening for every ticket?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Problem is happening on all tickets.
when I answer the ticket, it simply does not load those who created ticket.
only loading queue mail, but e-mail of the people those who i got of replying, I have to manually place

error messages from System Log or otrs.log,
screenshots,
customizations you might have made,
when did it last work?
what changed?

OTRS version 3.1.8(updated 3.1.6, but in 3.1.6 also not work)

Set the default otrs and only configuring email and registering a customer and a clerk paraceu yet ... but if it does not have another option attendants can also enter the e-mail client, manually place will not kill anyone.
