I've got another one!
What would cause all text to be shown as plain-text? No hypertext/links (like within people's signatures, etc)

where, exactly? Make sure you're not disabling, for instance, richtext support.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

No, I was in the middle of optimizing a table... boss said, "Hey is OTRS down?", I jumped the gun and stopped the process and it "corrupted" the article_attachment table.crythias wrote:where, exactly? Make sure you're not disabling, for instance, richtext support.
I fixed it though using myisamchk -r, so false alarm. My bad
(Oh and so the missing formatting of the links was a side effect of the corrupt table)
