how to client edit your ticket open on customer?

or the client may not edit your ticket after it opened?

Nobody can edit a ticket's body after creation (aside from SQL / DB manipulation) This is for forensic reasons.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
