how to cancel ticket in customer interface?
I want the customer to cancel a ticket that he has created wrong

He can close a ticket. If you would like to label that differently, provide it as an option (closed - cancelled), but keep the state *TYPE* as closed.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

must enable the User to the new state of the call. I created it, not only appears on the customer
I went
admin >> settings >> State Tickets
and created the state canceled
I use mine in Portuguese maybe the way I used to be a little different
only that still does not appear on the customer ...

The states must be enabled for Customer Ticket in SysConfig.
They will only see states from the state types listed. That's why I said make the state *TYPE* closed (or whatever the "closed" state type designation might be in your language.
Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketZoom###StateType
Defines the next possible states for customer tickets in the customer interface.
I'll say that this is slightly misleading. Yes, it defines the next possible states, but only because the states belong to the state types listed here. Cancelled *is* a closed state.
They will only see states from the state types listed. That's why I said make the state *TYPE* closed (or whatever the "closed" state type designation might be in your language.

solved my problem
habilitei removed the type of call
first created the state canceled of type removed
then I went into admin >> sysconfig >> select >> framework Frontend :: Customer :: Ticket :: ViewZoom >>
then the right side
Ticket :: Frontend :: CustomerTicketZoom # # # StateType
I add one more field named removed
and unless there will be available to the User.
