I am using OTRS 3.1.3 with Windows 2008r2. I installed MasterSlave 1.2.1 but it dosen't work. I search a lot at the www but i don't find anything about my problem. At the OTRS main page i found a video for the MasterSlave 1.2.1 konfiguration but in this viedo the first point is "MasterTicketFreeTextField" and if i change to Sysconfig ---> Ticket ---> MasterSlave my firs point at the configuration start with "MasterSlave::DynamicField" and i dont find the point "MasterTicketFreeTextField" in Ticket ---> MasterSalve.
My actually configuration is:
MasterSlave::AdvancedEnabled <-- Enabled
MasterSlave::UnsetMasterSlave <-- Enabled
MasterSlave::UpdateMasterSlave <-- Enabled
MasterSlave::FollowUpdatedMaster <-- Enabled
My problem are i can link tickets with Parents and Children but if i close the parentsticket only the parentsticket close and the childrentickets dosen't close. I want if i close the Parenticket or i add a note that this be at the Childrentickets, too.
