[solved] Ticket-Type disappeared
In my test instance, I wanted to create event notifications but couldn't find "Type" there. Then I realized, "Type" is completely gone - e.g. in Ticket zoom view no more type is displayed. Needless to say, it also disappeared from the search. What's gone wrong here? TIA

Sysconfig -> Core::Ticket

OK, Ticket::Type in core::ticket is set to no. I'm wondering why that happened.
