I have had several instances lately where images within a ticket are not coming through when a ticket is replied to or forwarded. The recipient only sees a red x and an outline of where the image would be. I was wondering if anyone else had encountered this issue and if anyone knew of a fix?

So if you send an email from within OTRS with an image attached. The person receiving the email will not see the image?

That is correct, but it has only happen twice thus far. The images will show an X with the text "images were removed by the user." Any ideas on why this would be happening?
